Pilot Coffee Roasters (te Aro)

The coffee had a distinctly unpleasant flavor, as if it had been brewed in a neglected kettle that hadn't seen a good cleaning in ages. The barista appeared to be more focused on their phone than on serving customers, and the overall atmosphere felt as welcoming as a dentist's waiting room. I suggest heading over to Bud’s Coffee instead.

I was really disappointed. I love the other Pilot Coffee locations, but this one did not meet the same standard. The employee didn’t even make eye contact while I was ordering and asked me what I wanted in a very abrupt manner. Then, they handed me a cup of hot coffee that was overflowing, and it nearly burned my hand! This experience was not good at all. I'll stick to the other locations, but I won’t be returning here.

The management clearly needs to improve their customer service skills. The person in charge was rude and even had the nerve to charge me $5 for a scone that was covered in flies!

Lazy, condescending server who is tall male with glasses and mullet hair. If you 're lactose intolerant, order an oat milk latte, have a sip to find out it 's made with regular milk, ask for the correct one, you won 't hear an apology but instead get a condescending complaint with eye roll On the screen it said regular milk, so. I hope you get educated and learn a lesson some day.
