Pizzeria Via Mercanti - Elm St

The food was very delicious! only negatiw was that due to the liveliness during the holidays and all group parties additional tables were inserted and made it a very tight fit. but eating out of the nose, that lightly complain.

Always great eating, but the noise level was extremely high with the amount and music

Service was terrible that we had to ask for items several times. we had to ask about the table next to us for brot. we had to ask for parmesan cheese how we both ordered pasta. we were never asked if we wanted tea/coffee or dessert. we had to ask three times for the bill (we had a show to visit, so it was important to go on time) that eating was only moderate. this is not a place where I would go back, although it is super convenient to my workstation.

I love the pizza! it is definitiw how a pizza should be! comes back and back safely!

Food was delicious and ambiance was inviting. only reason not giving it 5 stars is we felt rushed since a waiter was coming to us too often in hopes we would leave soon
