Feedback gevenI absolutely love this restaurant! It has quickly become my new favorite spot. I recently went here for a girl's night out and was blown away by the delicious and authentic Italian food. I ordered the deep dish Diavola pizza and it was amazing. My friends ordered the mushroom deep dish pizza and rigatoni mushroom dishes, both of which were also delicious. We also tried the rice balls and Eggplant Parmigiana, even though I typically don't like eggplant, I found it to be surprisingly tasty! The customer service here is top-notch, they treat you like family. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant with my friends regularly! :D
I have attempted to dine at this restaurant on three separate occasions, but unfortunately have not been able to enjoy a family dinner there. One time there was no available table, another time the manager was sitting down and refused to accommodate my family, even though the restaurant's hours indicated it was open. Instead, he invited in a group of three people who arrived in a car. I am unsure if the reason I am being turned away is because I have young children with me, aged 4 and 6. This experience has been disappointing and frustrating.
I would give this restaurant a 0 if Google allowed it. I visited to pick up food as an Uber Eats driver. Despite braving cold, snowy weather on my bike to assist the restaurant and its customers, I inadvertently missed the pickup instructions. Instead of using the back entrance as instructed, I entered through the front door. The manager/owner reacted with a discriminatory comment and attitude, questioning if delivery drivers ever read instructions. I found the attitude rude and decided to leave, despite apologizing. As I exited, the manager cursed at me. It seems that paying customers receive better treatment than those who assist the restaurant directly. This experience highlights the inconsistent behavior towards customers and helpers. The chef attempted to help me with the order, but I had already canceled. If you plan to dine at this restaurant in the future, be mindful of the treatment others receive if they are not directly contributing to the business.
This is the best place to go if you love Italian cuisine, the food is amazing as well as the service. It is now one of my favourite restaurants and people should really give this place a visit.
Manager was rude to my uber delivery guy and swore at him for using a wrong door or something by mistake. My Uber was leaving and even apologized but this manager had an aggression problem and kept using the F word. I wouldn't buy from them.App based delivery companies do not have an option for the restaurant to select a vehicle delivery method (bike, car, scooter, walking, ebike, truck, motorcycle). Delivery employees do not see written preferences of restaurant (such as car based employees only) till after they accept the order. The delivery employee gets bad ratings if they reject the order after accepting the order and seeing the preferences, and thus less works and income if they do. Despite it this manager still chooses to use app based companies. Probably cause they're cheaper. Then gets irrationally angry about his choice at the employees he hired via the app. If he wants someone with a car to deliver his pizzas he should put an add on Craigslist or Marketplace and pay them minimum wedge at least, plus gas, upkeep of the vehicle and tip. Harrassing and swearing at employees of the delivery companies he hired (aka his employees) is not going to solve his problem or change how those apps work. He needs to stop using delivery apps and hire an employee with a car, much like how Pizza Pizza or Domino's works.
