The Pour House Pub and Kitchen

I went to celebrate New Year, I booked a table, because the website said it would be open until 2 pm. A few minutes after midnight, they turned off the televisions, turned off the lights, brought the bill without dividing each customer's share and removed everything from the table. I felt very frustrated. the server was great, we know it wasn't her fault, she took orders from other people. Last year the experience at this bar was wonderful, but this year it was disappointing.

The table was spacious enough for our large group. Our server was pleasant and friendly. However, the food was mediocre as some vegetables were undercooked and the flavors were dull.

Good service. Even when a couple of beers weren't available, the server handled it well and helped decide on alternatives. 5 guys all enjoyed their drinks and their meals. Not a huge menu, but diverse enough for different tastes (not all pub stuff) and quality was good! Only caveat is look around for street or plan your parking early if driving down.

We had an excellent experience! The food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional! This is our favorite spot to dine whenever we're in the area, especially when we're catching a show at the Tarragon Theatre, as it's conveniently located nearby! We can't wait to return! :D

When we arrived no hostess up front, the place was pretty empty except one group of guests in the back and a couple at the bar. Waited for bartender to ask who we talk to about our reservation then luckily saw a server who told us the kitchen wasn't working and asked if anyone got ahold of us. Nope. She was nice but that was a bummer because we travelled kind of far to try this place out. Made a reservation, even modified it for a later time. Do they get notifications?
