I decided to have mine with rice and Parisian potatoes, with the sauce drizzled on top. The sauce had a subtle spicy kick to it, which I found enjoyable. Overall, I was pleased with my meal and would definitely order it again. We look forward to returning in the future!
If you're craving chicken in Toronto, look no further than this place! They serve the best rotisserie chicken you'll ever taste, and the hot sauce is so good it's addictive. Once you try it, you won't be able to stop - consider yourself warned.
Hands down my favourite Portuguese rotisserie spot, and one of my favourite places in the neighborhood.Cheap, large meals. The chicken is always good (which you can buy whole or in pieces). The breasts are sometimes dry, but that's par for the course with these places. They make up for it with the hot sauce they pour over the chicken on request, which is more tangy than anything spicy, but does brighten everything up in a perfect way. They always have a nice selection of weekly specials, which they keep on a steam tray, that i haven't been disappointed with yet.Sandwiches, sides and salads make up the rest of they menu.Just be careful going there around 12-1 or 6-7pm, as you might find yourself at the back of a long line. The people have spoken.
This restaurant never disappoints. Whenever I crave a generous serving of tasty potatoes, flavorful bean salad, and juicy chicken, I always order the quarter chicken dinner combo and I always leave feeling satisfied. And at $7.50, it's hard to find a better value for a takeout dinner.
Definitely is the king of chicken. Reliably good, large, and reasonably priced.
