The Works Craft Burgers - Toronto

If you're new to the restaurant industry, do not apply here. I made the mistake doing that. I am considering civil action against the company and trainer/server, Aveena Rampersad. I'm certain the then franchise owner, David or whatever his name is will be named as a Defendant as well.Aveena Rampersad was negligent, unprofessional and was not hands on during the process, I was immediately thrown into the job with no idea how their standards are. I was not provided any of that information. She provided me false information during training. I can purse civil action for negligence since she didn't want to do her job correctly then lie about me to avoid termination (I overheard her on the phone saying to someone she was gonna lose her job if she messes up again).I am looking for this company's legal department so I can relay this information and possibly serve a lawsuit to the Bloor/Runnymede location.

Not at all impressed. The burger was big, but heavy and not very tasty. Despite being the only person in there at the time, the fries were badly overdone. For a place that advertises beer, the selection was almost non existent. Four beer on tap, and a few more cans the best that could be said for the selection was that I didn't see Bud Light.

Amazing place super cute and beautiful ! Magnificent, Delicious and very fresh pastries on great price! Customer service is excellent. Strongly recommended. Looking forward to go back !

So delicious and what cheerful and polite staff. Trevor took real good care of us. We love the works no other burger joint hits the spot quite like this. Their creemore draft beer is always so delicious as well. The bottomeless Fries and chips are also a hit. We will be back!

The food is creatively crafted and delicious. We had a wonderful server but, sadly, our order got delayed due to a mix-up with delivery/pick up orders. The server made up for it with a not-too-shabby 50% discount. ?Kid-friendliness: I saw a couple of well-behaved kids with their parents. If I remember correctly, there were also crayons and such to keep them occupied.
