Valens Restaurant - Toronto

Great Italian restaurant. Small but powerful! Large menu with many choices. Service was good. We ate inside when the small terrace was full. The prices were very good. All in our group of six were very happy with their meals. Very recommended!

Valens is an attractive Italian restaurant with a beautiful terrace on Baldwin Street. I had the chicken risotto and apple crumb for dessert. Both were indeed very good. Another member of our group had the seafood risotto; two others had salads. Everyone was happy....I had a better Italian food in Toronto, but not since our favorite three-four years ago. Definitely recommended.

The food was excellent; we had dinner from the Prix Fixe menu. We had soup, risotto and crème brûlée; others had lamb, steak and salad and everything was great. The service was friendly and great and we go back to Din when we're... in Toronto. For a nice evening after a busy day.

Everything was excellent. We ordered shells to start, then salmon and steak for main, cream brûlée for dessert. We couldn't ask for better food.

Had lunch here yesterday! Location...conveniently located, parking available in the area Seating...due to COVID I'm only dining on patios. The patio is cute but small so make a reservation if you want to sit out there! Food...we had the pear and arugula pizza, the pepperoni...and onion pizza and a ceasar salad. Everything was delicious and well priced! Staff...our server was fantastic! We will be going here again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to eat in the area!!
