Feedback gevenI dropped by Via Cibo for dinner last weekend since I was craving ItalianWe ordered the Prosciutto Arugula Pizza ($15) which was just ok.
Mmmmmm mmmmm, mmm m!_Although Via Cibo claims to be Italian street food, the two years I spent in Italy I seldom came across food al fresco as sophisticated
I have them on speed dial when I need a quick meal for my family. The portions are pretty large and the food is great. Our favorites are the Osco bucco and carbonara pasta. The restaurant has a pretty cool, communal and friendly feel to it and I always find the service great.
This place has amazing interior decoration as the architect has done a phenomenal job. Has great vibrations and the service is friendly and prompt. We were here on a Sat evening and being vegetarians ordered for a pesto / basil pasta and white pizza , The pasta tasted a bit stale and found the piza not fresh and hot. There was no taste of olive oil.The italian beer was refreshing and the white wine ok. The Latte was milky with not much of coffee. All in all nice place to hang out, but the food will need a bit of work.
I often eat at Via Cibo for lunch and they have excellent food. Service is fast and people working at the restaurant are really nice.
