W Toronto- Skylight Rooftop

The ambiente was great, but the service was terrible. server took our first drink and did not come back to check-up, ask us if we wanted to order food (what we wanted to do) or ask us for a second drink order after glasses sat empty over an hour. had to run to the server station to be billed. from the service standard in restaurant in w hotel

Sitting through the fire pit was nice for our birthday party and the incredible kim actually went to the effort, a little cheesecake with sparkling and beautifully made calligraphy that delights the birthday boy! will be back to living room and skylight as often as possible, w blows her magic on midtown toronto and we are all thrilled!

The day we went, we are the only table there, service is good, food is good, had good time there.

Christmas gift to my mom. It was a very unique experience and was so lovely to try something new. The food was excellent and the service was superb!

The food in this afternoon tea was not worth the money, especially as we had to prepay and an automatic 18% tip was included. We have had afternoon tea in many top Toronto Hotels, but this was the most expensive and no where near the best. Some of us were still hungry at the end.
