This new restaurant has a modern décor and a new chef, but unfortunately, the flavors are lacking. It deviates from traditional Shanghai cuisine.
The original pork xiao long bao ($6.99) had lukewarm soup inside and the bun was overly thick with a bottom that was not crispy enough.
