Feedback gevenMy family and i walked in with no hello or welcome in , we ordered sandwiches like usual, when we ordered the lady with pink hair was very pushy and rude. she rushed us with our sandwiches where we got confused with whos sandwiches shes doing. very bad customer service.
Stopped here 2 times in 2 weeks. I’m a truck driver today stopped at 3pm last week about the same time. Always closed they said they didn’t have the staff but then I was told by an employee that trucks didn’t give any business. Followed by saying truck driver were nothing more than homeless tourists. I have news for you that is far from the truth. Never again
I am no stranger to Subway as a restaurant, but I had never been to this location before. I will 100% never return due to the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the staff working there. When we arrived at the restaurant, there were no other patrons eating or in line and no employees visible. This was not a problem as they appeared a few minutes later and apologized for the wait. We tried to order the sandwiches we normally do, but were told if you ordered a numbered item off the menu you were not allowed to make modifications. Although I have never been to a Subway that doesn’t allow you to pick your toppings, I did not argue the point as it was clearly a restaurant policy. There was still no one behind us in line, however the employee was very rude, rushing us to select which sandwich we wanted. I was traveling with three children (ages 9-15 so not exactly toddlers throwing a tantrum) who needed a few minutes to decide what they wanted from the set menu as what they normally order was not being offered at this location. At this point, a second employee came out from the back to assist with making the sandwiches while the original employee began to ring up the order at the cash register. The original employee became extremely impatient when I told her we were not yet sure if we wanted to add on chips or sides. My children’s sandwiches were still actively being made and we weren’t ready to check out yet as I was helping them order. The original employee became irate that she could not finalize our order in the set amount of time that she said she had. Keep in mind the second employee is still making our sandwiches and hasn’t even asked the third child what they would like to eat yet. At this point the original employee very rudely declared that she had been more than patient with us and that we needed to leave her store and she was going to cancel our order and throw away our sandwiches. The entire encounter lasted less than 5 minutes. We left the establishment immediately without making a scene… annoyed, hungry and completely baffled as to what just happened. Instead of sandwiches, we had to eat crackers and snack food in our car for lunch as there are no other restaurants around for miles. As an aside, the restaurant also was out of many items… they only had one type of bread, two types of chips and one flavor of cookies. I didn’t even mention these deficiencies to the employees and was prepared to settle for the limited offerings.
Jacob and Fran were so kind and friendly. They made the food fast and it was an overall great experience... Definitely coming back on my next trip through town
