I like coming here to get Asian pastries. It's very close to my house. The pastries I get are very good. The only negative I'd say is that it's a bit expensive and even though the mall has a huge parking lot sometimes it's hard to find a spot.

The cashier was rude ,after making me wait for long time and serving something I never asked ,she never told me she runs out of grande cup size she didn't put the ingredients I asked, she ask me if I want my money back she acted like she was the owner and not care to loose a client, I'm not going back ever!!

The customer service is really bad . I order my drink and they tell me to wait outside and when I drink it ready they didn’t even call the number . My drink is already cold and I order hot one and I tell them to change for me they don’t.

It was ridiculous and terrible experience with the worker. The workers were very mean and showed terrible attitudes toward us. When I asked the worker if they have more bread ? because there was only one pack of bread left on the shelf, she simply ignored me. When I ordered coffee, I asked her to give me leas milk for the cafe latte, she said “ We don’t do customized !” and refused my request.I tried to order ‘ Espresso’ and milk separately, she again refused it. I couldn’t have coffee there but left the place with bad feelings about the bakery shop.
