Feedback gevenI went in today, and Lucas took my order. Although I did get a great drink from the other person working there, Lucas needs a lot of work when it comes to customer service: 1. Employee greets customer not the other way around 2. Always make eye contact. 3. Use your manners and small talk or engaging the customer just a tiny bit goes a long way. I hope that you continue to grow and I will continue to visit. Thank you for the amazing drink!!
Came in before hitting he movies Saturday afternoon and nobody was there so we went to front of the line. Employee was ready and waiting to take order. Placed order and received order quickly. Cashier and the two making the orders working together perfectly. We sat down to enjoy our drinks and bowls, and one customer after another came and went quickly. I see why there wasn?t anyone there because the staff is not playing around and knocking the orders out fast. Good service and therefore 5 stars.
Worst customer service ever, today april 5th 2021, 4:02pm two girls that were giving out drinks are the worst, rolled her eyes when asking for drinks that were not ready,.instead talking about ordering food for them selves. She shut me up and wanted to see receipt, i will never come back, manager on duty needs to retrain their employees, because of us the customers you have a job and jamba corporation exists.
I was just here today and ordered an orange c boost and within an hour got super sick after : Ive never been to this location , just happened to be in the area . Clearly I won?t be back . I should have known something was up when they said they had zero fresh squeezed juices . Ugh
This JAMBA JUICE location is the worst! They are always out of products. One time I was there this man ordered like 6 drinks and didnt tell him they ran out of cup holders and bags until after. They also do the worst and NASTY jamba juice I have ever hade and they are also rude. San pedro location is way better!
