Katsu - Torrance

The food at this restaurant was delicious and I was eager to return and try other menu items. However, when I visited the restroom and noticed how poorly cleaned it was, it made me concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen. It appeared that the workers may not be maintaining proper sanitation practices, as the bathroom showed signs of bacterial build-up and it appeared to have never been properly scrubbed or sanitized.

I ordered a kamakazi sandwich with tonkatsu! so delicious! it was less expensive than a chicken sandwich from pinky’s hot box a half block away. weird as they only accepted online orders when nobody was there when I picked up my order from the tip hour at 4 o’clock.

A tidy place to try, japanese deep fried katsu porklet. it serves curry, sandwiches and burger as maindish, all that can be combined with katsu porklet. also serves as fresh salat ad good.

Fun food but a little expensive. I wish they offered a mix match “sando” set option to give a different experience. The dipping curry should also be half the size and half the price. I liked my food though and will be back Food came out to ~23 per person.
