I generally prefer smaller restaurants because they tend to offer better service and more authentic food. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this larger establishment was disappointing. When we arrived, we were told to wait while the host seated two people ahead of us, and then he simply vanished. We ended up waiting at the entrance for about 10-15 minutes just to be seated, and I can only imagine how long it would have taken if we had actually ordered food. This experience reinforces my decision to avoid large restaurants. If you're looking for excellent and prompt service, I recommend choosing a different place!
Kid-friendliness: My 2-year-old granddaughter enjoys it there, too! Parking: The parking can be a bit tricky to navigate, but there is plenty of space available, especially in the evening. Wheelchair accessibility: As someone who is disabled and occasionally uses a wheelchair, I really appreciate how accommodating the staff is; they are always willing to help me in any way possible.
Our waiter was cool. The food was good and fast. We were grabbing a small bit before our road trip to Joshua Tree. We put our leftovers in the cooler and it was still yummy even after it was cold.
