Ryo-zan Paku Japanese - Torrance

I used to really enjoy this restaurant in 2016, 2017, and 2018, but unfortunately, things have declined since then. It's sad to see it go, along with longtime employees like Leo, Theo, and Helen. They truly made the experience special. I hope to encounter them again at another Asian restaurant. Rest in peace, RYO.

Great place for late night food and drinks! Staff are all incredibly friendly and charismatic! Highly recommend the unagi burrito, a tasty fusion I've only seen here. We had a lot of fun time and good memories here. Will come back very often.

As of this writing, open till midnight, not 2 am. Still plenty of time for a late night meal and drinks with friends. Good place to eat, get drinks, and hang out with friends relatively cheap drinks and food. One thing to note this place anticipates you'll be sitting and talking with your friends for awhile so they bring out the food pretty slowly. Also, cash only now.

I'm really sad to see this place go. They had an excellent selection of specially imported beers and sake, delicious food, and a fantastic atmosphere. Koji, if you see this, don't hesitate to get in touch with me. Wishing you the best of luck, my friend!

Closed?! I went on Sunday, and it wasn’t open despite the posted hours. They also don’t answer their phone. There's an eviction notice, so it must be permanently closed. I think Yelp needs to update their information.
