Starbucks - Torrance

Cecilia is great. She will know your coffee. The place is clean. Located in the open restaurant and cinema area. Not enough seating though. The view is gorgeous.

Such a dirty mess. And there was not the usual welcome I've come to expect. Gross

The morning staff today was horrible, everyone was literally just sitting in the back. One person in the front wasn?t friendly. Three people in the back kept popping out talking and joking then just chilling off to the side. Usually this is my go to Starbucks seeing as I work in the mall so it?s easy to go to, but idk about the morning staff today not friendly or helpful at all.

THe worst starbucks I have ever seen badly trained playing among them ignoring the customer, a regular coffee and some bite the bacon turned into a nightmare. there is nothing worse than lacking leadership order something and they give you something else rethink your policy for a coffee you can't wait 45 minutes that's luar incompetence and dirty bathrooms mmmm hellooo we're in a pandemic

The Asian cashier was amazing. She had an amazing turn around time in customer service. They made everything thing we needed in the right taste
