If I could give it no stars I would! The worst and rude employees! Don’t go here of you want to be insulted when they were at fault in the first place!

Had the worst experience with a blonde lady working there! First off she had the worst attitude from the start and then proceeds to tell me that my order didn 't come through in their system even though on the app it said it 's ready to be picked up! The other worker came in and tried to tell me there 's is no order by such name and then later on showed me the screen and the name I had been spelling out was right there on the screen to which I said it 's right there in front of you on the screen the woman said do not talk to me like that! First off I wasn 't talking to her! And second off you were in the wrong and you have attitude about this! Trying to tell me there 's no order by the name I was giving and then trying to play the victim! Like why even work if you can 't treat customers nicely!

Lady serving me had an attitude. I've seen many reviews about her and they won't do anything. If she doesn't want to do her job she should find someplace else.

Service is not good. I order a meatball sandwich and the lady that was helping me had an attitude. The sandwich was messy and in wrapping the sandwich one of the meatball fell and roll on the counter and she asked if I still want it. I said no and she gave me an attitude. Not the place to go if you want a sandwich.

The food is mid. That's to be expected coming from this sandwich chain. But man oh man does the service suck. The people who work here act like Spanish is a secret language that only they understand. Hate to break it to you but did you forget where we are? The name of our city is in Spanish. Point is, workers speak derogatorily about customers and complain about small things. I had to check the dude because he tried to charge me triple for bacon because he thought it was funny. His coworker didn't laugh. It's not my fault you guys are too slow to land a decent paying job. You receive what you put out.
