Pizzaria Panorâmica

The food was good and hot, but the service was absolutely horrible. Took one hour after eating for them to clear the table. Owners so cheap, they leave only 2 staff on to serve, poor guys, I felt horrible for them. I have been here many times and the service keeps getting worse and even worse yet. Come on owners! Spend some of your money and staff your restaurant properly. Want to see real craziness? Come during feast time and watch the two owners space out as they watch the people come in. No service and the owners just stand around and watch it happen. Absolute craziness. They should sell to someone who knows how to run a restaurant!

In briefly, we had a dispute and the owner blamed the client even when he had any reason for that, instead of recongize his mistake. With a owner with a behave like that, there is no way here for me. It's about principles, not food.

I seriously wish they had pizza like this in Canada. Been there 3 times in 2 weeks. I make it a regular stop on my trips to Portugal. Not cheap pizza but definitely worth the cost.
