Feedback gevenI was a bit hesitant to visit after reading reviews suggesting the owner might not welcome foreigners. However, our experience was quite the opposite. We were treated with warmth and hospitality, just like any other guest. While language was initially a challenge, using Google Translate helped. The portions were generous, offering good value for money. But what truly stood out was the gluten-free pizza—it was hands down the best I've ever tasted! Experience: it's the fourth time I've been back. The first three times before 2020, and apart from one first time, we saw that the quality has changed, unfortunately not in goodness. After a long time we returned, given that in the meantime the cuisine has become totally gluten-free (normal dishes and gluten-free dishes were previously served , and the pizzas are also gluten-free for everyone. So an excellent idea, as well as an excellent idea to find vegan alternatives. Good vegan starter. Fried fish: invisible fish, what little you find is rubbery, and a mountain of only vegetables. Falafel cooked in the oven (and I thought they were fried! Raw and tasteless inside, dry. Leave it there. Vegan pear and chocolate cake: non-existent chocolate, cake heated by the waitress (I presume in the microwave : it was all raw inside because it was overheated, perhaps it was better to leave it alone and accompany it with a cup of melted chocolate. Eaten it, but it was disgusting, full of sugar. Impersonal, dull staff. I understand the enthusiasm of celiacs outside the home, I too am celiac, but after this umpteenth experience here, we say enough and we don't feel like recommending, I'm sorry. Extraordinary restaurant suitable for everyone with meat, fish, vegan and gluten-free, and not pretending, with a vegan choice that not even the specialists, wonderful desserts, 100% gluten-free pizzas, with an adequate price. Place for celiacs... how wonderful everything is from the bread basket in which a wonderful focaccia arrives to the first courses, second courses, etc. all strictly gluten free and also recognized by the AIC. Fast and attentive service even though the place was full we had a delicious and absolutely NOT GREASY fried fish THE GOOD PIZZA the amazing chocolate cake PLUS I WAS ALSO ABLE TO BRING MY LABRADOR BABETTE If I return to Versilia... We went for lunch, exceptional taste, homemade pasta with love, homemade flavors and done well. I don't know how to describe it in words. You have to go there and try. Excellent choice of desserts.
