Cantina Bernardi - TORREGLIA

The place is in the Colli Eugene, just outside Padova. A family winery. We found it by chance, and since we love spumanti and it was a hot summer noon, I turned left and found the happiest eating place of all the trip! The lady of the house is very friendly and generous. She served two big trays, one with wonderful cheeses and the other with cold prosciutto,m different salami and more. The cold rose sparkling wine was excellent and when we asked for a tomato she just went to her garden and picked a big red one from the plant. Company was great, sitting in the cool shade with a nice breeze and the great view made the best meal we had this week in Italy.

We had lunch at this winery and laid some wine with a very young boy whose name I don't remember (it should be one of the owners.) we will tell you a climate of great enthusiasm in what they did, degotato of the excellent wines and cheeses with very particular jams. congratulations really

I would gladly give stars only for the position and the outer space, wide that becomes relaxing. we have supper with the mixed cutter and a bowl of pickles, and a bread not properly suitable . good sliced but nothing different from those that are around the great distribution . tasted of the glasses of Pinot Grigio. What I have to say is that when I go to cash waiting to pay, I read the labels and I see that all the meats are neither of the cellar nor of the territory, so jams, olives, desserts. the price almost in the norm with little more to head.
