Acondicionamiento de la habitación: actualizado, junior de alta gama y la habitación fue recibida, la habitación era larga, el polvo era demasiado, la limpieza no fue limpiada correctamente, y la puerta del armario con refrigerador fue desordenada. El tamaño de la habitación es muy amplio. Todas las toallas tienen diferentes manchas. Servicio de personal: Fuimos muy amables de reemplazar, pero no nos dimos una respuesta y no lo hicimos. El servicio que estaba por gel estaba en el primer piso del personal de la cafetería, el final del desempleo estaba ocupado al principio del rey, y se sentía unos días, especialmente la actitud hacia el asiático. El servicio de habitaciones siempre viene con 1-2 órdenes rápidas o incorrectas, Food: Utobu y blog son deliciosos para ser comida, y es muy agradecido a usted. ¿Es un gusto que deberías comer tanto? Si quieres ver la suavidad del mar, te recomendamos que quieras un hotel que desee ser lujoso y tranquilo y tratar.

Me encantó ese hotel! La playa es hermosa, los empleados muy amables, la comida es deliciosa, el risoto de camarones del restaurante Italiano está divino. Lo único malo es que se llenan mucho y tienes que correr para alcanzar lugar para los demás restaurantes.

The Hotel has excellent restaurants when you can get a reservation and then have to wait up to 2 Hours just to be seated Is this the right way to treat your guests of a 5 Star Hotel. No!!! I would not recommend this hotel to any one Unless you don’t need to EAT Food Should be a Booking system in all restsurants , unacceptable as it is now !!! And I’ve been here since Christmas Day And seems to get worse every day

We really enjoyed our stay here in late September/early October and were upgraded to a sea view, which was a lovely view. Big shout out head chef Ernesto, who made our stay much more enjoyable and looked after us with the help of Norvelin (Nebbiolo) and Alvaro (Olios), the food was very tasty. Ernesto even gave us a farewell as we checked out. Very friendly. Overall happy with the food choices, breakfast/lunch had a big selection at the Market Cafe, although a little repetitive. Dragons, Olios, Nebbiolo, Bluewater Grill were all enjoyable. The Vine Bazaar was also nice to grab a quick coffee and pastries. Could have done with more entertainment in the evenings. Rooms with the sea view did have loud generators, which we could hear throughout the day and night, despite this even though we are light sleepers, we still got a good nights sleep. The spa was nice and relaxing, but was a little expensive. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel.
