Claudio and his family, including the 4 cocker spaniels, (siu, cumbia, peak and air) and a small sophisticated solitary dog, welcomed us in the cottage at the top of a beautiful land, facing south with panoramic views over the hills of the sabina. all the experience for us was exceptional: welcome coffee made with moca; walk in the woods with detailed explanations on the truffle; search and find truffles with the help of cocks; great lunch with many courses full of dead truffles in the day, accompanied by malvasia. know interesting people with whom you discover many things in common; pleasant chat in the dining room with fire from the fireplace and an excellent background music from the old turntable. Did we feel part of the family? is a beautiful journey for those who love nature, animals and good company, with the excellent homemade food, and especially truffle!
