For several years now I frequent this farm in summer with my family and all the time we are surprised by how good it is the proposed kitchen (that's why we have been back for years and also from far away! . The dishes, typically traditional, are prepared with extreme care and attention and their simplicity should not be deceiving (the simple things are often the easiest ones to make mistakes. The guitar pasta, made in the house, is simply delicious, sliced (in particular the sausage of exceptional liver and the lamb to tender and cooked to perfection. The whole is seasoned by the extreme friendliness of the family that manages the farm, the cleanliness of the places and the abundance of the dishes. You won't be disappointed!
In this place with a thousand surprises you can taste specialties such as spaghetti on the guitar, pizza top and pallotte cacio e ova. In addition to these dishes prepared with care and dedication there is an always varied and rich menu that respects the traditions and authentic spirit of the farm. Good food here is accompanied by always attentive and courteous service. Antonina and Angelo are really the guardians of good food in Abruzzo. Recommended!
Local really very nice and well heated, with tables not arranged too close to each other allowing you to be really comfortable, as usually does not happen on these occasions. The food was really of the highest level, as I had never tried, genuine things, all homemade sweets included, and prepared at the moment, for a lunch lasting a little longer than normal just because of this, but time that is absolutely worth investing. Then great service with staff prepared and very courteous. To recommend and to return absolutely. Real farm as definition says, with the capital A.
I was at the farm on many occasions, the last few weeks ago. The gastronomic offer is excellent starting from appetizers to reach the second. The environment is cozy and the hosts are really delicious people (we got to know them at the end of lunch). Personally, I was impressed by the first dishes, especially spaghetti on guitar. They explained to me, and I assure you that it feels at the first fork, that the fresh pasta is handmade! Top also the cheese and ov', typical Abruzzo specialties I didn't know. I highly recommend!
