Feedback gevenTerrible service, the food was reheated and had a spongy texture instead of being crispy. I will never dine there again.
A family of nine came in and ordered over $150 worth of food, only for it to be stolen by an Uber driver. After sorting everything out and receiving replacement food, we were disappointed to find that the chicken tenders we ordered were missing. When we brought this up, Shakur argued with us, implying we were lying about the tenders. It was quite disrespectful. Thankfully, Jacob was the kindest employee; he made sure everything was correct and helped us have an enjoyable dinner. In my opinion, he deserves to be in Shakur's position. Overall, it was a horrible experience.
I came in with a group of nine and spent over $150. Unfortunately, our order was taken by a DoorDash driver. The manager, Shaquir, initially insisted that we had taken the food ourselves, and when they messed up our order afterward, he accused us of stealing it as well. However, the manager below him, Jacob, did an excellent job of resolving the situation.
Absolutely terrible customer service, either they get your order wrong or it?s just terrible food.
Update: it's a bit better then the last time I went! They're polite and the food is really good. Old: Just got kfc with my mom. $37 for literally old food that did not taste fresh. A small thing of mashed potatoes for $2.49. We ordered a box of chickentenders, tasted them and I threw it back in the box, didn't taste fresh at all. The fries were hard and also not fresh. Theyalso never asked us for a plastic bag but at the drive thru that's what they put our food in and charged ¢.10 Definitely notworth anyone's time or money.
