The ice cream I don't know, but the bar service wasn't adequate. we arrived at 9 and there were 4 brioches: twigs with belly and dry jam and donuts of at least 3 days (difficult as stones, inevitable). If you pass from maderno you can not get this ice cream. Very well. well balanced and natural ice cream. many geese. Good.
