Marking this as the slowest tim.2 guys at front counter are talking and laughing out loud but can't pay attention to the long line. Girls on the other hand where handling the situation...I'm a boy but gotta give it to girls for working nonstop on drive thru and handling inside??

The people at this location are so rude. the only reason i come here is because it’s convenient , but as for the workers , they are rude, messy at making your food and it makes me feel so uncomfortable going there.

I would never post review but i had to because this is the most unprofessional tim’s i have ever visited . for records this is from 20th nov 2023 morning 8.45 am. i ordered dark roast and the lady after making me wait for 10 min gave a wrong one to me and later realised it’s not what i ordered so went on and made the one i asked . reached office and to my surprise cup was like half filled and coffee was not hot at all. i could see others as well there who were frustrated by this lady at front making coffee . this has been for a few times i experienced but i had brushed it off assuming it’s just a bad day for someone at work. but repeatedly that’s happening. just want to bring this to the attention of the management . that’s how you loose one customer everyday. you just lost one forever.must mention i was the one like many who visited this location every morning for bf and coffee.
