A great experience! The room is an old library renovated up to date with a very contemporary and stylish bar, modern music and a good general atmosphere. The 7 dishes follow one another with great fluidity, always exquisite and well accompanied by their generous food-wine pairing and their explanations. We feel a lot of work and an investment in a very simple cuisine with its refined, local and seasonal ingredients and at the same time prepared with a lot of flavors and mastery. In short, a refined moment to repeat and recommend. Thank you
