Chez Hong - Toulouse

Everything is super super nice, great food, great environment ;) the service is very good as well !

The meal was extremely cold, chicken rather on the pink side. Bland, lacking in flavour. The menu had run out of popular items. One member of staff, a waitress, she was polite. Others less so, when we expressed our dissatisfaction with the meal, the male waiter laughed it off. Expensive for what we got, would never return. Positive : the restaurant was clean.

The food was awful value for money, poor quality and cold. They had run out of popular menu items which was not ideal for our group meal. The staff were rude (except from the one young waitress). When we informed the manager of our discontent he simply replied 'c'est pas grave'. One of the worst dining experiences in Toulouse - avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting. The staff were rude, our food was uncooked and over priced. We expressed our discontent to the chef and were laughed at. I will never be going back and would warn people never to go.
