After a long day of travel and sightseeing we needed a good relaxing meal. Our hotel recommended La Bascule. It was just a short walk from the hotel. Don't have to drive again, it made it attractive. We ordered both different steak cuts. While my... was a little hard, it was very tasteful. Good salad, pommel fries and a beautiful glass of wine make it fun.

If you search the best place to eat excellent meat then I suggest this place. The Cote de Boeuf if you are in company otherwise the Piece de Boeuf if you are alone is the winner choice. Then tell me your sensation.
