Le Cri De La Truffe - Toulouse

For the very beautiful cellar, you should not be claustrophobic. Ambiance is a bit noisy however because there is a strong affluence. The kitchen is good and the staff gives the best of themselves. We had a very good time. I'm advising.

We had a great food experience with a salad carlbian style with fish of the day and the steak tartare with perfectly cooked frois gras on top. Never tried before but what a tasteful combination. Speaking with "Le Chef" he explained the seasonal change of menu but keeping the steak tartare - their signature. Thinking on mankind

Followed the opinion of internet users and took the tartare with the poached foie gras that was really excellent! the restaurant is located in the basement, we will return with pleasure to the bad season. Attention to the use of seasonal vegetables, 3 in 6 entries contained peppers (which I hate.) we are in the middle of the summer, season vegetables are very numerous, I would personally appreciate a little more diversity. nothing bad however, have had a good time and the service is nice!

Arrived by chance one evening at the cry of the truffle, the full restaurant, we chose to wait 1 hour because we saw very nice past plates. In this typical Toulouse cellar, all of the red bricks dressed, you can find a truly refined cuisine. the kitchen open to the room allows you to see that at the cry of the truffle we work fresh products, and that we love precise and well done work. work that ends up in the plate, from dish to dessert the flavors are at the rendezvous. certainly one of the finest cuisines I had the opportunity to discover in Toulouse.

We went by chance in front of the small terrace and were attracted to the plates! a look on the map later and we are installed!Everything is fresh, which leads to a little waiting between each dish, but on arrival, what a pleasure!
