A great place discovered for a gastronomic step, advised by a colleague. It is not given, but the top service, or you can take your time and enjoy dishes made with local agriculture and the south west region. The music is not too loud, the dishes are tasty, not astronomical quantities, but honestly we eat it really well. The dishes are not too salty. Between the poached egg entrance, wine sauce and bacon, a local cassoulet in resistance plate and a carlotte with pears, a red wine glass and a digestive before coffee. Really top, I recommend this place for those who love local gastronomy and its flavors, please.
