L'Ecume Gourmande - Toulouse

The octopus salad and seabream fillet were delicious. Close attention was paid to the flavours of every component of the dishes. Bread and water was brought to the table without the staff having to be asked. The staff were very friendly and kind. The food was prepared quickly. I would definitely dine here again.

Convenient to the Hotel Mercury, this was a nice restaurant which was very slow on a week night. The server was very nice, but considering there was only one other group in the restaurant, the evening moved glacially. That being said, the food was reasonably priced and very good. We had salmon and jambon as starters-both generous portions. Main course of Filet de boeuf was slightly over cooked as was the tuna but both were still delicious.
