Yggdrasil - Toulouse

My husband and I walked past this unassuming restaurant and circled back to try it. We decided on pickled zucchini salad, duck with roasted potatoes and a drink each. We topped it off with two different deserts all for 45.00 euros. Firstly, staff were great. Explained all in English and was patient and gave recommendations. The kitchen is set up next to the dining area so if you like to watch chefs at work, fun too! If you would like more privacy, there is a large downstairs area. Board games are available for customers to hang out and use and unusual art work adorns the spiral stairs....ask them about it and they will explain the significance: . Highly recommended and would go again!

Yggdrasil has a good atmosphere, an open kitchen and a very friendly and hospitable staff. the menu was limited but often changes and offers a fairly good selection.

Say we hesitated to enter! After a surprise, you feel like a friend's place: casual atmosphere, good advice, both for games and beers, what to spend a very good time, having the impression that you can stay there all the time you want. what a shame that the annual closure prevented us from returning to taste the rest of the card and continue to enjoy the place.

After a afternoon of visits, a little break around a game of society (large choice in free access, with very good advice from the boss,) with a beer (very good and really original, we see the enthusiast) and a glazed tea house. unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to dine on site (cause closing the next day for a holiday), but we were able to taste the spicy bread way lost bread that was really fabulous!

Super party in this family bar! Gogo board games for all tastes, from the trash to the most trad. choice of original beers and small taste cuisine for a service as at home! It was awesome, addicting games go ahead!!!
