Each dish is also aesthetic. We're a fan! So we savored: Raie Terrine and Gaspacho Christopher Coutenceau. Earth Apple Gnocchis, Parmesan Key Kobayashi Emulsion. Mousseline de Petits Pois , Pomme Gaufrette. Glenn Viel. Salad of crunchy legumes, Key Kobayashi Rocket Mousse. Civet de Homard gourmand pour mon Papa Small seasonal vegetables, Ravioles de Champignons Christopher Coutenceau. Herbal tea. Tomato jam. Glenn Viel. Chou infinitely Lemon Pierre Hermé. For 25 €uros. It’s a week a year I think. The crunchy vegetable salad for example: the sauce is in the rocket mousse. Then surprises below: a soft black olive sauce etc... Even no false note except small portions sometimes. And a coldness – no more – at the bar when you settle. Large room well heated and widely glazed on a large square. Awesome experience! We were welcomed. We were a big tab and we were all served at the same time. The dishes were very good and hearty.

I often come here for studies, the staff is adorable, very attentive, which makes good when you come alone. They are a little bit of care, and try to meet my needs even late at night. It is good to see a hotel staff as it really changes everything. For me the room is not bad, certainly there might be renovations, but it has the charm of the old. Every time I asked for a change in my room (bedroom instead of shower, double bed instead of simple), it was granted to me so of course that it was possible. He became my little foot downstairs a big thank you to the staff whose one in particular I think will recognize!
Very good reception, functional room and spacious bed. Full and varied breakfast. Just a little too hot, but it was the particle.
