Friendly, did a great job, fixed the problem, and even game me a solution to a problem I hadn't asked about.

Bob is awesome! He pulled a no-longer-manufactured part out of thin air (it seemed; actually just his good connections in the treadmill business, I suppose)

Bob fixed my treadmill and did an excellent job. I recommend him highly and am so glad I used him instead of Sears. And he charges a reasonable rate. 5 stars!

Very medium quality frozen kitchen. Even fries are without flavors. Too bad because the welcome was nice.
