Franca - Tovo di sant'agata

Excellent restaurant with typical Valtellinese dishes cooked with care, abundant portions. The hotel is comfortable and conveniently located to reach the train of Bernina.

On a group trip (red train destination of Bernina and other places I had the opportunity to stay for 3 nights at this structure which is validly equipped; spacious and well heated rooms have well comforted the cold nights of the period; the served dinners offered generous quality and authenticity of the typical Valtellinese cuisine; note of particular appreciation is addressed to the Lady, owner of the structure, which manifests maximum and constant commitment to the success of the entire product. I conclude by thanking you for all the above.

Traditional dishes revisited in elegant version. Great food and good wine. I count a little over the average.

I stayed with my family the week of August. The hotel is located in a quiet area, ideal as a starting point for an infinity of spectacular excursions and as a return point for a nice rest. We were in 3, the room was practically new, clean and spacious the right. We opted x half board formula and I have to say that the price quality ratio is excellent. The restaurant was really great, very courteous and professional service and the dishes I always found them tasty. Last night's lace shop I'll remember them for a long time. In conclusion I can say that we were great and as soon as we have the opportunity we will definitely return!

From a three-star wardrobe it is fair to expect something more: non-existent parking, reception and hall inaccessible after 22 and throughout Sunday (you enter from a secondary door), wifi not available in the room, sad breakfast (without salt, with only one cake, frozen brioche, jams and honey packaged) and available only until 9, air conditioning not present (we are 450 meters above sea level and therefore some days would be necessary), swimming pool Only value cleaning, but it is better not to look under the bed.... In conclusion, value for money definitely inadequate, considering also that the country of Tovo sant’Agata offers nothing and therefore it is necessary to go to Tirano, 8 km away.
