Ranna - Tower Hamlets

First time ordering from Ranna. Not again! The food was awful. It arrived luke warm. The popadom was like sawdust. £1.25 for one! Bright green yoghurt sauce with obvious food colouring (why!?? and vegetable curry was so oily and bland. Too terrible.

I have been ordering from Ranna for a few years now, and while the food is delicious, the website leaves much to be desired. Despite receiving discount codes via text messages, they never seem to work on the website. The membership club mentioned on the site does not seem to function either. It can be frustrating to deal with these issues, especially now that the website no longer works on mobile phones. Overall, the food is great but the website experience could definitely use some improvement.

Hands down this is the best curry house in Bow. I order here at least once a week and it is always delicious and food is to a very high standard. I would recommend the chicken madras and Saag Paneer absolutely fantastic.

Nothing wrong with the delivery guy, BUT THE FOOD WAS RUBBISH, we used Ranna before and no problems but the last two times one curry was very salty, a tarka dhal was watery and tasteless, a Madras was too hot like vindaloo, the chicken was poor quality, after using Ranna several times we have decided to try elsewhere in future, if there's nowhere better than Ranna we'll give up on curries. NEVER USING RANNA AGAIN..

I order d from this restaurant and noticed that when I clicked to order they added an extra delivery charge to the bill with no warning and didn’t give any discount they said they would give in their website. When I contacted the store the man who picked up the phone just repeatedly yelled over me and told me I didn’t qualify for the discount despite me checking that I had in fact qualified according to the terms and conditions on the website. This restaurant needs to start treating customers with some respect, unfortunately I will never be ordering takeout here again.
