Luce - Town of Charlotte

Luce is an outstanding upscale Italian restaurant. Food is always fabulous, service is excellent the staff is attentive to your every need and very friendly. Must go while in Charlotte....make a reservation.

Went here for my wife's 30th birthday. They absolutely were phenomenal. It's a very intimate and small area, but because of this they really can give you an excellent experience. Also, man...that chicken parm was delicious. Just look at that photo of it...it looks like it could be on a chicken parm magazine. I'll be thinking of that chicken parm way too long. Parking: They validate your parking and pay for it.

The food was delicious.Service was slow. It appeared they were understaffed. I needed to get the attention of a server after siting for 10 minutes and it seemed they were discussing who would cover our table. Once a server took ownership she was very good. However, when we couldn't get someone's attention for 20 minutes after finishing our entrees we were unable to get desert as we were attending a show.

Outstanding. Every course well prepared fresh and unique tastes. Rene the waitstaff was just outstanding. She made the meal better especially for the advice and genuine friendliness. They are very fortunate to have her on the staff.

Great family dinner last night. Excellent food and service (as always). The Luce filet is as good as any steak at any high end steakhouse. Beautiful halibut last night too. 3 of our party different pastas—all first rate. Have loved this place for about 20 years .
