Little Caesar's Pizza - Town of De Witt

Preordered a pizza a full hour in advance, it was STILL COOKING SOMEHOW without updates, so I go to see where it is. It turned out that they did it a full hour ago and they only sit around for a full hour and then handed over to me an almost completely cold pizza. No excuse or anything to do for this terrible experience. EXTREMELY disappoints the inability of the staff and the quality of the service.

The gentleman at the counter made my pizza exactly like I ordered. I sat in my van to wait and the gentleman walked out with my pizza and handed it to me. Extremely polite, excellent customer service with a smile. Pizza was oven baked PERFECTLY!

They never have anything that?s ready to go! Poor customer service. The chick that was cashing people out was on her phone, when I came back in after going outside to ask someone if they would be okay with waiting. When I came back in, I was handed an extra most best cheese pizza instead of a regular cheese pizza, because ?it would?ve been another 10-15 minutes?

I was little disappointed that I ordered ahead I arrived within my window of time. (I ordered at 5:10) 5:42 5:47 I arrived at 5:46 and was told it would be a few minutes. I did not receive my pizza until 6:03 no apology or recognition that it took 20 minutes past the window? and they gave me the wrong pizza ? didn?t open until I got home.

I get in and out of here pretty quick. I was disappointed that they stopped making the pizza calzones, they were really good. The staff is respectful towards the customers. Great place to get something quick!
