Feedback gevenThis was the worst Dunkin experience of my life. VERY RUDE WORKERS and horrible customer service. They also gave me a cup with a broken lid and there was hair in my food. This was unacceptable.
Made perfect drinks. Little dark in the coffee shop but who cares when your order is correct. Got the ice coffee with 3 French vanilla and 4 liquid sugar. Thanks team great job and keep up the good work
Just stopped here to grab a quick coffee before driving several hours home and was greeted with the absolute worst customer service. I ordered a iced white toasted mocha with cream and sugar assuming I would receive the toasted white mocha latteadvertised on the screen. Instead the worker was extremely confused and started to get a condescending tone asking ?okay that?sjust a flavor.. what do you want? Because you can?t just order the flavor?. Coming from West Virginia and having ordered this inmultiple states I?ve never had an issue. She then proceeded to speak to me really slow and drawn out as if I wasn?t capable ofunderstanding. Her condescending tone didn?t stop as she said ?okay do you want that hoooot? or iccceeeddd? even though Ialready specified. She then told me to hang on and she came back on moments later and asked me to reorder. I did and shecontinued her condescending tone. At this point I just said ?actually, I?m okay thank you have a good day? and drove away. Ifyou?re looking to start your day on a good note DO NOT go here. Save your time and your money.
Dunkin has the best coffee. I always stop here before getting on 90. I wish they were open a little later than 7pm but the coffee and donuts are always top notch. Friendly service as well.
The doors are locked, there are people in the dining room, and the phone number doesn't work. As a Doordash employee, the idea of sitting in a drive-thru line for over 10 minutes for $3.50 is unacceptable!
