Chicken On The Way - Town of Evans

I really enjoy the chicken here; it's perfect for lunch, and the fries are fantastic. I'm not a fan of corn fritters, but overall, it's a great option for a quick meal on the go. This Airdrie location is definitely a good one!

I've visited this place several times and have consistently enjoyed their fried chicken. It's tasty and served relatively quickly, making it a solid option. It holds up well when compared to their Calgary Kensington location. The portion sizes are generous, the food is delicious, and overall, it's great value for your money.

It's fried chicken, folks! I've been visiting Chicken on the Way in Calgary for over 40 years. I used to take the bus from Bowness just to get their 5-cent corn fritters. Now that I live in Airdrie, I read some reviews and decided to check it out again. I saw comments about black fries and greasy chicken, but it's just chicken cooked in oil! Everything was just as I remembered: crispy skin and juicy inside. The fries were as great as ever. I looked high and low but couldn't find that elusive black fry. For $7.25, I got a big breast, a wing, and a thigh, along with fries and a fritter! What a fantastic deal! The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. I’ll definitely be back to seek out that mysterious black French fry!

Amazing !. Overall great chicken . Normally chicken is not my style but tried it today and it was pretty good. I recommend the gravy for sure ! Everyone has their own opinion . The coleslaw was very fresh; way better than KFC mush . Definitely going again

Yay Chicken on the Way in Airdrie. Was excellent! Chicken was great! Fritters are tasty and the price is way better than other fast food places!
