Rose Rosse - Town of Evans

This is the upstairs, upscale version of Il Forno, same kitchen but designed to attract a fine dining dinner crowd. To the point where they suggest children stick to Il Forno. The food is excellent. Between our party we had pasta, pizza and salad, all tasted great and reasonable portions. Both the food and wine selection is extensive and well priced. There seemed to be an issue with availability of some of the surrounding table orders, but the staff handled it well and every one seemed happy. It reports itself to be fine dining, however being upstairs in the back of a strip mall and the rustic decor wouldn't put it in the same league as most higher end Italian restaurants. However, food and service are really good and the prices are reasonable, so who needs fine dining.
