Applebee's - Town of Henrietta

I'm really surprised how this chicken sandwich tasted. I ordered the bacon-chedar grilled chicken sandwich with the loaded frits and the ranch and bacon tasted amazingly, it is really a good smoke-ness and very filling. The fries were also very filled. The meal was even better when I asked about her hottest hot sauce, the one called tennessee hot and damn it was definitely hot and I loved it. Had a great time with the waitress, so the customer service is nice, I have to mention that it had a little long wait, although the place had only me and another table of customers, but it was worth it at the end.

Food was good, service a little slow, but staff very friendly.

I ordered steak and a burger for take out, got home and it was raw. Not rare but raw. So unfortunately, I couldn’t send it back or call back to get a new one since they shortly closed after I picked up my order. I was disappointed but Glyn the General manager called me the next day to quickly make it right. I was shocked he called me, and took the situation as a learning experience to better his team. That was pretty honorable and I’ll be back.

Great place and good service. The chicken Alfredo I saw last time better than it tasted, but the burgers I had here were always great.

I come here regularly to celebrate birthdays with my family and we always have a great time. The dishes and drinks are great, and we always had incredible service. In recent months, it has become more busy due to short staff, but I have no complaints. The few minutes waiting is worth it if you have friendly, helpful staff.
