Applebee's - Town of Lancaster

Just stopped by on a Wednesday evening for a quick by. There was no wait to be seated. Ordered a mudslide, the 2 for $22 you can choose 2 salads or an appetizer to share and 2 entrées. Great deal! Everything was good!

OUTSTANDING customer service!! Grace greeted us at the door warmly and promptly! HUGE shout out to our server, KENDRA! Kendra was joyful, spritely, professional, courteous, and attentive!! Our food was delicious (thanks chefs! . Coming in at the end of a long, hard day- I was truly blessed by Kendra's pleasant countenance and wonderful service. THANK YOU, Kendra!! I love Applebees in general but I came in for the AYCE appetizers and the riblets were served cold, shrimp came out half burnt like they dug them out from the bottom of the fryer, and wings were dry like they had been reheated several times. Don’t come to this location for this special.

The chicken and cheese quesadillas had very little chicken. The sauce on the pasta wasn’t the best and the fries were lukewarm. It was a clean restaurant but our server wasn’t around and didn’t refill pops or see if we needed anything. With so many similar dining choices in the area I probably wouldn’t come back.
