No one would open the doors when it was open and we waved and they ignored us. We had to go through drive through instead. They were not friendly taking our order. The food could have been much hotter. It was barely warm.
We came with our family during a busy time for lunch. The drive thru line was very long. When we walked in, there were only two employees working at that time; they were hustling! Our service was still very friendly, the food quality was great, and we had no issues.I accidently left my credit card at the table. I didn 't notice it was not in my wallet until that night. After review, I remembered the last time I used it was at this Tim Horton 's location. I called my credit card company to report. They told me that it was locked earlier so there weren 't any fraudulent charges. It came to our attention that one of the employees (I believe her name is Kari) found my card and immediately called the 800# on the back to lock it for us. The next day, I went in to retrieve the card.I am so grateful that there are kind people in this world. We are very fortunate to have my lost credit card end up in the right hands. We appreciate this gesture and are very grateful.Beside this, we also had a great experience at this restaurant. I disagree with a lot of these 1-3 Star reviews.Great location.
