I frequent this DD at least once a day, today was the worst experience with ordering with an employee who proceed to constantly back talked told me I didn't know what I was ordering, if I was going to order order right! I ordered a caramel coffee . This place must do training idk but the manager heard everything and wouldn't get off her phone, the cashier didn't ask me what kind of milk I wanted but the rude employee just put caramel in black coffee no matter how I tried to explain to him he proceeded to be( which I'm sure he is like with everyone wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. I blame this in the manager for not over seeing her trainees and having the knowledge off how I was being spoken too, if I wanted to be spoken to like that I'd still be married.
Service is so bad I don't think it even deserves a star. Early in the June 4, 6:58 am I was trying to get my coffee like usual they always take forever, as I order the man in the counter I think he's new because I have never seen him before either way he should've been polite and have patience with our order but instead he takes forever to charge my coffee and screams at my aunt for asking a croissant. Please Please Please someone has to kick these people out they don't deserve it.
Food is always from hours prior or days ago, drinks are never mixed. Look elsewhere for your breakfast
Got it right most of the time and quick easy drive through. Nice staffs and I like stopping by here.
