Dunkin' - Town of Schoharie

The customer service is usually very good, the food is always fresh, but sometimes the order gets messed up. Always willing to fix it without complaint. The space is small so, I wouldn't suggest dining in.

I love going to this Dunkin Donuts! Parking: It's just a regular parking lot. Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like donuts? ??

3 workers on and it took 10 minutes to order at the drive thru. there was only one car in front of me. Absolute horrible

I’ll keep this short and sweet. Does my label say 3 caramel? Yes. Is there any caramel in this coffee? Absolutely not. Do i have time in the mornings to go complain to get it fixed? Nope i have a job to get to. I’ve gotten the same coffee every day for the last year i know how it tastes. This is the 2nd time THIS WEEK that there’s not an ounce of caramel in my coffee. Whoever is making the coffees seems to be illiterate, maybe hire people who can read lol. If i wanted a cold brew with just cream I’d ask for a cold brew with cream.

I asked the girl to put tape over the opening of the box so the box didn't open up while I carried it. She scoffed at me and was really mad that I asked!!! With all the traffic from the Fultonville thruway exit, which is right in front of the place) you would think they would be nicer! This isn't the first time this has happened at this store!!
