Better than dinosaur bbq went on new years day service was great portions were properly priced owner walking around greetings customers nice decor family atmosphere

My brother and myself went to dinner on a Saturday evening back in November. The food was good and the waitress was very nice and pleasant to us. However when we first came inside and waited to be seated, the young lady (hostess) asked us if we wanted a table or a booth. When I responded that we would like to be seated at a booth, she made what appeared to be a rude comment of it wasn 't a yes or no question. I am not sure what that was all about. All I said was that we would like to be seated at a booth. Her response seems awfully strange. All she had to say was please follow me this way, or right this way. Or something to that effect. Other than that my brother and myself had a very good time there. Thank you.

We went to the Hinsdale location, and I have to say it was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The waitress was extremely rude and never pleasant throughout any interaction. She took 10 minutes to even take our drink order, then another 5 to actually receive the drinks. We all ordered soup as an appetizer, and that also took an extremely long time to come out. When the waitress finally did bring our soups out, she informed one of us that the soup that he had ordered was not even an option for that day. She also gave the wrong soup to the wrong person. We probably waited an addition 45 minutes for our meals to come out, which almost everything was cold. My boyfriends meal had been sitting out so long that the bun was saturated with grease from his burger. He requested an new bun be brought out, and by the time it was every other person was able to finish their meals. When he finally was able to start eating his cold meal, he realized the burger that he ordered as medium, could barely pass for rare. It was practically raw inside! I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Went there for the first time 7/15/15 and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Place was immaculate!!! Food was great (Joe had the prime rib and it was cooked to perfection) and I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was very tender and juicy. We will definitely be back again more than once. It's nice to have a great BBQ place very close to our home with great food and good service. I rate it A+A+A+!!!
