Pink Pig Cafe - Town of Willsboro

Until the issue of Covid 19, we were regular customers from the lake. Since the NYS Canal System is still closed, we could not enjoy it this year, but based on the experience last year, the food is very good, the prices reasonable, and the service friendly and prompt. It's worth it. The casual outside seat is a plus.

After a recommendation from my AirBnB host to the Pink Pig. On the way to Vermont and what a joy. The boutique was absolutely amazing, the variety of things you can find in this place is quite awesome. From soap bars to pictures and clothes. The breakfast was better than expected, and I should get a sandwich on my way out. When I was from New Jersey, I missed the attitude and character the owner presented. She was brilliant to say the least, fat and brash. As I like her. Thank you for having us!

What a fantastic experience! The best sandwiches ever! very friendly owner! Great experience not driving, fantastic coffee, freshly made sandwiches, sweets and then looking through the boutique.

Fantastic café. We went with a little baby and this place was on the way to the ferry to Burlington. Not only the food and coffee are top notch (in fact the best we have experienced throughout our journey!, but the owner is a very nice woman who gave us a background about the city of Essex. Very recommended! We tried the drip coffee and the quiche, which as I mentioned were just fantastic (see photo attached). In any case, a walk along the waterfront of Essex, if the weather allows, there is a beautiful park with views of the water 300 meters away.
